What is Proactive skincare?

"Proactive care" means taking care of your skin proactively to avoid any skin issues in the future. We believe in "prevention is better than cure." If you take care of your skin at the right time, you can prevent issues in the future and promote long-term skin health.

Skin immunity refers to the skin's natural defense system that protects it from environmental aggressors, bacteria, viruses, and other harmful elements. It is supported by the skin barrier, immune cells, and microbiome, which work together to prevent infections, inflammation, and premature aging. Strengthening skin immunity through proper skincare, hydration, and a healthy lifestyle helps maintain resilient, balanced, and healthy skin.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in South Korea using high-performance, science-backed ingredients

What are the key ingredients used in your products? 

We use high-quality ingredients to strengthen your skin's immunity. Our hero ingredients include :

Shipping & Tracking

When will I receive my order? 

Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities often receive deliveries faster.

How do I track my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can also log into your account and check the "Track My Order" section for updates.

Can I get my order on the same day I placed it? 

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.

What if I am not available at the time of delivery? 

If you're unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery on the next business day. You may also receive a call or message to reschedule the delivery.

Can I change my shipping address? 

You can update your shipping address before the order is dispatched by contacting our customer support or updating it in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

Can I cancel the order once placed? 

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched. Please do so promptly by logging into your account or contacting customer support.

How do I cancel my order? 

If your order hasn't been dispatched, you can cancel it by logging into your account and navigating to "My Orders." Click the "Cancel Order" button. If it has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

How do I return my order? 

To return the order, please raise a request within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support. Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong shipment 
  • You received a damaged product 
  • You received an expired product 

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, ACELABS will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim against the evidence shared by the user.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued.  

If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you. 

How do I exchange my product? 

Currently we do not offer exchanges, you can return the product and place an order for the desired item. Kindly refer to the “how do I return my order” section to check for returns.

My order is damaged, how do I get a refund? 

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos of the damaged product with our customer support team to initiate the refund process.

Payment & Promotion

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹1500. For orders below this amount, we would charge a nominal fee which is directly applied at checkout.
